Office Hours
Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
However, if emergency service is required, please call 412-624-5008 and select option one to speak to the service coordinator or option two to leave a service message.
ISD technicians are on campus to respond to service requests from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday.
During all other times, ISD has an on-call technician who will respond to emergency service calls. The after hours technician can be reached by calling 412-624-5008 option 2.

For general questions regarding building security, or to obtain a quote for a custom security solution, contact the Integrated Security Department during business hours at 412-624-5008. Select option 1 to speak to the service coordinator or option option two to leave a message.
For repair or service requests please call 412-624-5008 option 1 during business hours and option two during non-business hours.
Email the Integrated Security Department at integratedsecurity@mail.pitt.edu. Provide a clear and brief description of your request or question. Although we do our best to respond to all emails as quickly as possible, we encourage you to submit an online service request for faster resolution.
