- Go to a public places
- Lock windows and doors.
- When traveling at night, walk with friends.
- Avoid using devices that impair your hearing or sight while walking.
- Do not approach suspicious persons or vehicles.

- Be aware of your surroundings

- Stay on main roads when possible

- Use good judgment, passive behavior is acceptable. If you feel threatened, give up your belongings

- Remain calm and be observant
- Call the police immediately from a safe place
- Give description and the direction of flight
