Target Audience: All Pitt faculty, staff, and students that work with Methylene Chloride. Recently hired individuals that work in an area where Methylene Chloride is stored or used should complete this training prior to handling Methylene Chloride and annually thereafter.

- How Methylene Chloride can enter the body and the effects it can have on an individual.
- The regulatory requirements applicable to Methylene Chloride.
- How to control exposures to Methylene Chloride.
- What to do in the event of a spill.
- Personal monitoring requirements for Methylene Chloride.
