Tyrone Carter, a University of Pittsburgh Security Guard posted at Trees Hall, was recently profiled by The Pitt News in its Silhouette series, which features interesting people on campus.

On May 5, a group of Pitt Police officers joined Ted Fritz, the Vice Chancellor of the Office of Public Safety and Emergency Management, and David DeJong, the Senior Vice Chancellor of Business and Operations, at Trees Hall to recognize Mr. Carter and his 16 years of service at the university.
